This weekend I went on a canoe trip down the Colorado River! It was a great group of people, and we were blessed with gorgeous weather. Can’t beat 60 degree days in December!

We put in at the Hoover Dam, occasionally stopping off to see waterfalls, slot canyons, and caves. When we reached the campsite, we tied up our kayaks and canoes on the beach, made camp, and headed up to enjoy the natural hot springs. Near the end of the second day, we hooked all of the boats together and leisurely floated downriver. It was a perfectly relaxing weekend.
